Jessica Paone

Clinical DIRECTOR

Jess earned her bachelor’s degree in correctional program support services from the University of Phoenix, her Master of Psychology Degree also from the University of Phoenix and is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy in psychology with a specialization in addiction and substance use program with Northcentral University.

She is a certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor, a certified recovery specialist, and a certified trauma professional. Jess was active-duty Air Force for 9 years, where she served in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. After being retired from the military Jess became lost, until she found her new passion working in the drug and alcohol field. Ms. Paone began working in treatment as a Detox BHT, and then went on to grow into a case manager role, and then a counselor, and a clinical supervisor. Jess’s favorite part about working in the field is seeing the light in someone’s eyes come on when they start to find their value in themselves that they had lost many years ago.
