Britelife’s spacious campus and grounds are situated in the heart of York County, PA. Our geography is ideal for outdoor adventure therapy and is one of the ways clients can heal and rediscover themselves. At the same time, BriteLife is within short driving distance of a number of state parks and attractions, so there is no shortage of outdoor activities year-round.
In our Pennsylvania adventure therapy program, clients get the chance to participate in various physical activities and visit unique locations during their rehab stay. Clients are doing more than just rock climbing or hiking. They learn to listen, protect themselves, learn emotional regulation, and develop tenacity as they push themselves to overcome demanding tasks. Adventure therapy is a valuable part of our addiction treatment and integrates well with our overall commitment to wellness.
