Case Management

Case Management During Pennsylvania rehab

Most drug and alcohol rehabs offer case management to help clients keep the outside world moving on their behalf. During treatment, our case managers provide all external contacts with a single point of communication for each client. While you are here, we want you to devote all your attention to recovery. You can depend upon us to keep things moving by handling the outside details, so you don’t have to sweat them. We offer case management services at all levels of care. If our clients need help filing FMLA, disability, or an outpatient referral, we will make sure that these are completed in short order.

Our licensed case manager advocates for clients and manages all their outside interests like leave from work, pending court matters and more. Prior to a client's discharge, our case manager will offer outpatient referrals and even set-up follow-up appointments.

Case management is responsible for a multitude of items, including:

  • Employment concerns
  • Pending legal matters
  • Family and Medical Leave (FMLA)
  • Contact with insurance providers
  • Coordination of care
  • Obtaining health insurance authorizations
  • Disability applications
  • Transportation
  • Lab testing

Case Management provides piece-of-mind

Case management has a number of advantages for clients in treatment, who would otherwise, be swamped without this valuable service. For the most part, being in addiction treatment is the same as being in a hospital. Interested parties like work and school have a main point of contact to complete forms to confirm your admittance and discharge. Please note that BriteLife Recovery or any of our staff cannot contact anyone or acknowledge your presence in treatment without your expressed, written content.  During the intake process we will go over this information and complete the necessary paperwork.

Our case manager will help you resolve many of the outside distractions that create apprehension for clients and their families. This helps clients feel more secure and protected. Our case managers are a significant resource to help our clients reach their full potential, not only in treatment, but also in life, on its own terms.
